CIA Product of Stress Reduction

Are you catching yourself attempting to control stuff that you want to just accept? Notice that, and I would change your mind on that.
When you realize the only thing you have complete control over is the decisions, take responsibility for that decision-making process. I'm not saying to blame yourself when things turn out poorly. I am saying it will take responsibility for your decision that you simply make.
